East Anglia’s derby may have become one of haves and have nots in recent years but Ipswich and Norwich settled for deserved parity from a raucous, high-octane encounter that either might have sneaked. Jonas Knudsen, the Ipswich left-back, wrote his own small part of local history in equalising Cameron Jerome’s goal as half-time approached; both finishes were low, crisp and unsurpassed in a second period that brought chances at both ends but ultimately lacked the cutting edge for either team to claim local bragging rights.
