Zlatan, Pogba agent: ‘Pep doesn’t have the balls’

Mino Raiola has hit out at Pep Guardiola over his treatment of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Guardiola and Ibrahimovic have a storied history dating back to their time together at Barcelona.

Both have since discussed their relationship, which was verging on a bitter breakdown in Spain before the striker left Spain after just one year.

Guardiola signed the Sweden international in summer 2009, and Ibrahimovic scored 21 goals in 45 games in his only full season, winning a La Liga and four other trophies.

The two will now clash again in this month’s Manchester derby, with Guardiola managing City and Ibrahimovic turning out for United.

Ahead of the game, Raiola, the agent of both Ibrahimovic and record Manchester United signing Paul Pogba, has ramped up the rivalry with the City boss.

“I don’t like him,” he told Spanish radio station Cadena COPE. “I do not hate him, but I do not like him.

“Everyone knows what happened to Zlatan in Barcelona.

“He’s a good coach but his football philosophy seems boring to me. He doesn’t have the balls to sit next to me.”
