Seamus Coleman breaks Swansea hearts with late equaliser for Everton

Victory beckoned for Bob Bradley for the first time in English football and for Swansea City for the first time since the opening day of the Premier League season. But victory does not come easily to teams fighting for survival and a last minute header from Seamus Coleman ruined what should have been a significant leap forward for the men from south Wales.

Swansea were vastly improved on recent outings and Everton largely dreadful as Ronald Koeman came close to upsetting his own supporters not with talk of Romelu Lukaku moving onto bigger and better things or Liverpool’s title prospects but by overseeing a third defeat in four matches. Bradley will be consoled by the performance but not the point as his wait for a first win as Swansea manager stretched to five games.
