Manchester United have rejected a £13m bid for Memphis Depay from Ligue 1 Lyon. According to Sky Sports, Jose Mourinho and the United hierarchy are willing to allow the Dutch attacker to leave. However, Lyon's bid (roughly half of what United reportedly paid for Depay in 2015) is apparently below the Red Devils' valuation of their star, who has featured in just four Premier League games this season.
