Sunderland Boss David Moyes Uses FA's England Manager Appointment as Excuse for Poor Form

Sunderland boss David Moyes has blamed the Football Association for taking too long in their appointment of Sam Allardyce last summer, claiming that it disrupted the Black Cats' Premier League preparation.
