Referees are often commended for 'letting the game flow' in heated derby games, but there comes a point where they need to step in. In the case of the Old Firm derby, however, that doesn't seem to apply. Brendan Rodgers' Celtic were 2-0 up at Ibrox when Jozo 'the Destroyer of Worlds' Simunovic unleashed a ferocious challenge on Kenny Miller.
