Danish international winger Viktor Fischer has completed a move to Bundesliga side Mainz 05 just 12 months after signing a three-year contract at the Riverside. Fischer made just 13 Premier League appearances for Middlesbrough this season, failing to impress after his £4.25m for Ajax Amsterdam.
