In 1997 at the Stade de Vélodrome in Marseilles, a Europe XI faced off against a Rest of the World XI. It was the Rest of the World who triumphed with a 5-2 victory as Ronaldo and Gabriel Batistuta both scored a brace, while Zinedine Zidane netted a consolation for the Europeans. Twenty years on, the concept hasn't (yet) been repeated and so creating a Europe XI or Rest of the World XI would be strictly hypothetical.
