The management of Delta Force Football Club of Asaba has expressed satisfaction with the quality of players selected for the new season after a three week intensive screening exercise.
In a statement by the Chairman of the Club comrade Moses Etu the players were selected on merit even as the club aims on claiming a promoting ticket at the end of the forthcoming season.
Comrade Etu while thanking the technical crew for job well done urged them to maintain the spirit when the new season kicks off next year.
He also urged the selected players to show commitment when the 2017 League season kicked off as nothing but the promotion ticket would do.
Comrade Etu while wishing them a great Yuletide season enjoined the players to remain focused ahead of the new season and not get involved in acts that could jeopardize their blossoming careers.
He also charged them to return to camp on January 7 2017 when the team would go into close camping in preparation for the new season.
The players were given permission to travel home for the yuletide season.
