Yaya Toure made an emphatic return to the first team by scoring both goals for Manchester City in a 2-1 win over Crystal Palace.
The midfielder was restored to the starting line-up after settling his dispute with manager Pep Guardiola earlier this month.
It marked the Ivorian’s first appearance in the Premier League this season, and he opened the scoring against Palace with a deflected effort.
Connor Wickham equalised just after the hour mark, but Toure completed his match-winning double by converting Kevin de Bruyne’s cross with eight minutes remaining.
